- Title, creator or team, main discipline, project stage and location.
- Project description
- 80–6,000 characters. Describe the context, central idea, process and outcome.
- Images
- 1–8 images, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each.
- Supporting document
- One optional PDF, up to 20 MB.
From draft to receipt
Create & save
Sign in, choose a discipline and describe the project. Saved drafts can be resumed on another device.
Upload & review
Upload images and supporting material. Check the title, credits and every file.
Submit & track
Confirm the entry to create an account receipt. The submitted version is locked; results are announced separately.
Useful answers
Is my entry published after submission?
No. Entry materials are private. Public display requires assessment, verification and a separate publication decision.
Is there an entry fee?
Entry is currently free. Future fees will be announced and will not retroactively change existing receipts.
Where can I find my receipt?
Sign in and open My entries. Your receipt includes the entry ID, submission time, project details, file list and version. No email is sent.
Are official entries open?
Follow the submission status and deadline shown on the website. Submissions open manually and cannot be confirmed after the deadline.
